HOW TO PARTICIPATE!
Prospective Artistes must be nominated by their fans via twitter, eg: #BestOfLagos – @(artiste’s handle) cc @DearArtiste. The more nominations you get, the more your chances of being considered.
10 Artistes who get through the nomination process will have their songs put through a voting process on www.dearartiste.com. and five (5) performers will be selected!
